Subscriptions

How it works
When you subscribe, your order repeats automatically on the schedule you choose. You pay the subscription price shown at checkout, and your saved payment method is charged on each billing date. We send you an email reminder before every renewal, so nothing arrives unexpectedly.

Managing your subscription
You are in control at any time. From Account → Manage subscription, or the link in any of our subscription emails, you can:

• skip a delivery
• change your delivery date or frequency
• swap or add products
• pause your subscription
• cancel your subscription

You can also email us at info@botanicmolecules.com and we will make the change for you.

Timing
To change or stop your next order, make your change before your next billing date. Changes made after an order has been charged apply from the following delivery.

No commitment
There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

Price changes
If the price of your subscription changes, we will email you before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before then.

Failed payments
If a payment does not go through, we will email you and try again. If payment still cannot be taken, your subscription will be paused until your payment details are updated.
